The Ghiaia Estate wines are made from local vine stocks, cultivated using organic methods. Constant loving care and careful selection on the vine of Vermentino, Albarol and Malvasia Bianca grapes underlie the production of Vermentino Colli di Luni DOC Tenuta a Ghiaia and a upper selection called Atys.

For Undicinodi Colli di Luni Red Wines are ever used Massereta, Pollera and Vermentino Black indies grapes. There is a pearl of exceptional prize in La Ghiaia range: range Ithaa, a sophisticated white made from pure Vermentino grapes: a complex wine of extremely high quality, produced by maceration in amphora and aged in tonneau.
